  • 3 pieces fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 3 tablespoon hung curd
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour
  • refined oil as required
  • 2 green chilli

How to make Spicy Rui Mach Bhaja

Step 1 Clean the fishWash and clean the fish nicely. Drain the excess water and pat dry the fish.

Step 2 Whisk the marinadeNext, take a bowl and add in the spices, hung curd, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chilies and 1 handful coriander leaves. marinate the fish pieces and refrigerate for an hour.
